Method

Every consultation follows the same calm sequence: lock the flow, rebuild the path, rank friction, and hand ownership back to your team. No black-box score — just a shared map of what people do.

  1. Intake & flow lock

We agree which journey matters this quarter, what “success” looks like on that path, and which events already exist. You receive a one-page scope note before analysis starts.

  2. Evidence gather

Read-only access to event exports, a handful of session notes, and support themes tied to the flow. We prefer raw material over polished decks.

  3. Path rebuild

Sequences are drawn as people actually move — including loops and dead ends — then compared to the intended journey your product team believes exists.

  4. Friction ranking

Issues are ordered by how often they appear and how clearly an event or screen change could address them. Mild findings stay on the list; we do not inflate urgency.

  5. Readout & handoff

A live session with product, UX, and engineering. You leave with a brief, owners for first fixes, and optional follow-up windows for questions.
