Agreement
By using dataenginebase.digital or engaging Dataenginebase for activation metrics services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Services
We provide consulting and analysis related to application analytics and activation metrics tracking—including workshops, tracking setup support, written reports, and retainers. Scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work before billable work begins.
Website use
This site is informational. Pricing shown is a guide only. No payment processing or checkout is offered here. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that harms service for others.
Client responsibilities
Timely access to stakeholders, analytics tools, and accurate product context is required for delivery. Delays in access may shift timelines. You remain responsible for decisions you make using our recommendations.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own deliverables produced specifically for you once invoices for that engagement are paid. We retain our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how. You grant us permission to reference the engagement type in general terms unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public product and analytics information shared during an engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver the work, unless disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
