Intellectual property

Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as stated in that engagement’s agreement; pre-existing methods and templates remain ours.

Client materials

You retain ownership of materials you share for analysis. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to perform the agreed consultation. You confirm you have authority to share them.

No warranties on site content

The website is provided as a general introduction. We do not warrant that site content is complete for every product context. Consulting outcomes depend on access quality, data completeness, and decisions your team makes after readout.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dataenginebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or reliance on general website content. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as set out in that engagement’s contract and applicable Thai law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless a separate engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
