Who this is for
Product and analytics leads who already collect events but still argue about where a journey breaks. Typical clients run consumer apps in fintech, marketplace, travel, education, or bookings — teams based in Thailand or with a Bangkok product hub.
What you receive
- A reconstructed journey map for one agreed flow (for example signup, first purchase, or booking confirmation)
- An event path diagram showing expected versus observed sequences
- Friction notes tied to screens, waits, and missing or duplicated events
- A prioritized fix list sized for the next one or two sprints
- A live readout with product, UX, and engineering stakeholders
What is included
Kickoff to lock the flow and success definition, access review of your analytics export or warehouse tables (read-only), path reconstruction, two working check-ins, a written brief, and a 90-minute readout.
What is excluded
We do not implement tracking code, redesign screens, or run ongoing dashboard maintenance. Those remain with your engineering and design teams. If you need implementation support afterward, we can introduce partners — that work sits outside this engagement.
Process
- Brief & access — You share the flow, recent funnel numbers, and sample session notes. We confirm scope in writing.
- Path rebuild — We reconstruct sequences from events and qualitative notes, marking loops, dead ends, and unexplained gaps.
- Friction ranking — Issues are ordered by user impact and effort to verify.
- Readout — You leave with a shared brief and owners for the first fixes.
Preparation
Nominate one product owner and one analytics contact. Provide event dictionaries if you have them, plus five to ten recent support tickets about the chosen flow. Grant temporary read access to the relevant event tables or exports.
Constraints
One primary flow per audit. Multi-app portfolios need separate engagements. Turnaround depends on how quickly access and sample sessions are available.
Next step
Request a User Journey Audit with your flow name and preferred start month. We reply within one business day with availability and a draft statement of work.
